VectorMaid was born out of a comment from a fellow sign producer and installer. “You’re fast!” he said.
Soon after I realized I could put my vectorizing speed to work for other companies.
Since that time around 2007, I’ve been converting raster files to vector and developing Adobe Tutorials on my YouTube channel.
Meet the Man
My name is Cary Hawkins. I created VectorMaid in 2007 to help company who deal with vector graphics, so they can easily outsource a complicated vectorization job to me, freeing up time to handle other more-important tasks.

Our Work
VectorMaid.com converts blurry or pixelated raster images into smooth, scalable vector images. Raster images are built with pixels and get blurry when zoomed in, but vector graphics are built with mathematically expressed points, lines, and curves. Vector files never lose clarity when zoomed in.
